A massage begins with a dry brushing of your entire body using natural GMT Beauty organic blended oils, followed by a relaxing hot stone massage. Then steamed sauna broom ritual will be followed.To alleviate tension and promote feelings of peace, you will enjoy a freestyle tissue massage.

Massage oils and balms from GMT Beauty will be used throughout the treatment. This massage focuses on increasing blood circulation and overall well being, using light to medium pressure massage techniques. Hot stones are used to help relieve chronic pains and reduce stress, followed by light to medium pressure massage.

Your therapist will then stretch your body into yoga-like positions and apply deep pressure on specific points to stimulate the flow of positive energy. This Thai massage technique will relieve tension caused by bad posture, making it ideal for those that work in an office.
