Yes, you can book online! Simply click ‘book now’ button and choose your desired date and time for a massage, facial, or both. For couples massages and spa package, please contact us.

+How can I book couples massage

Please contact us on eve.stanka@ninispa.co.uk to be able to book couples massage or spa day for 2.

+What is your cancellation policy

We kindly ask that any cancellation to your appointment be made up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to take place at Ninispa. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a full charge.

+How do I pay for spa appointment

Due to limited space and high demand, we kindly ask everyone to prepay for their spa treatments to avoid last-minute cancellations or no shows. This also helps us ensure a smooth and efficient sla experience for all guests. If you booked your spa treatment through our team via call, email, or social media, you will receive a payment link. Please complete this payment within 2 hours to secure your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments at the venue or offer deposits. All payments must be made promptly upon booking.

+Are there any age restrictions to visit your spa

NiniSpa is reserved for the use of adults, 18 years and over.

+What time should we arrive ofr spa booking

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment so that you can get changed peacefully at Ninispa. Kindly note if you are late we may not be able to extend your treatment time.

+Where can I park

Car parking is available on our main street, directly in front of NiniSpa. A fee may apply.

+Can I visit if I am pregnant

Please notify our Spa staff if you have any special medical condition, allergies or if you are pregnant.However a lot of our massages and facials can be adapted to your personal needs. Please contact us to discuss your options before booking: eve.stanka@ninispa.co.uk

+Do I need to fill out a medical form

Yes, we do ask guests to fill out a Health Questionnaire on arrival. It is best to arrive 10-15 minute prior to your start time to do so. It is the responsibility of the guest to inform us of any health conditions that may pose a contra-indication to treatment or use of the Spa facilities.

+Can I visit if I am pregnant

We can not perform any treatment during the first trimester of pregnancy.We recommend that all expecting guests consult with their medical practitioner before their visit.By consulting your doctor beforehand, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for yourself and your developing baby.

+What is your lateness policy

If you are running late more than 15 minutes for your appointment, the therapist will adapt the treatment to the remaining time allocated, however you will still be charged the full price of the treatment or the Ninispa reserves the right to release your reservation to minimise impacting other customers’ treatment experience.

+How can I buy gift cards

Gift cards are available to purchase online. Simply click 'Gift Cards' and choose choose digital spa gift voucher or physical one that will be delivered by post.

+How can I redeem gift card

To schedule a spa treatment using a gift card, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with booking your appointment.

+What is your spa etiquette

We respect our guests’ desire for calm and relaxation, so please help us to provide an atmosphere of peace and quiet. We kindly ask that you switch your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from any loud behaviour when in the spa.

+Where can I relax after my spa treatment

Once your treatment is complete we encourage all guests to spend a few peaceful moments enjoying a complementary cup of tea in our Tea Room.

+How do I book two treatments at the same time

If you are booking online and aiming for the same day and time, please book each spa treatment separately.To book couple massages, please contact us.

+What should I wear

You will be shown a private room where you can undress to your comfort level and lie on the massage table, underneath the provided sheet.

+Which facial treatment would you suggest treating acne

We recommend contacting us before booking a facial treatment if you have acne, so we can discuss your skin condition in more detail. While we cannot guarantee complete acne clearance, as acne can be triggered by various factors, we suggest booking 4 sessions: regular monthly facials to potentially see significant improvement in your complexion.

+What to expect during a massage

Before massage: You'll arrive at the spa and check in at the front desk. Consultation: You'll likely have a brief consultation with the massage therapist to discuss your preferences and any specific issues or areas of focus. Changing: You'll be shown to a private room where you can undress to your comfort level and lie on the massage table, underneath the provided sheet.

During the massage: The therapist will use various techniques to provide the massage, adjusting pressure and style to knead, rub, and tap on your muscles. They may also use massage oils to enhance your experience. Communication: You can communicate with the therapist about pressure or any discomfort during the massage. Relaxation: Enjoy the massage, and try to relax as much as possible.

After the massage, you'll be given some time to rest and relax on the table. Dressing: You'll get dressed in private, and go to the spa's relaxation area. Hydration: It's recommended to drink water to stay hydrated after the massage. Post-Massage Discussion: You might have a post-massage discussion with the spa therapist, who mav offer advice on self-care or future sessions.
