Payment Policy

Due to limited space and high demand, we kindly ask everyone to prepay for their spa treatments to avoid last-minute cancellations or no shows. This also helps us ensure a smooth and efficient spa experience for all guests. If you booked your spa treatment through our team via call, email, or social media, you will receive a payment link. Please complete this payment within 2 hours to secure your booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments at the venue or offer deposits. All payments must be made promptly upon booking.

Arrival time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment so that you can get changed peacefully at Ninispa. Kindly note if you are late for your appointment we may not be able to extend your treatment time. And full payment will be taken.

Spa etiquette

We respect our guests’ desire for calm and relaxation, so please help us to provide an atmosphere of peace and quiet. We kindly ask that you switch your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from any loud behaviour when in the spa.

Personalisation

During your visit to NiniSpa we want you to feel at home, so please tell a therapist if there is anything you would like altered, be it the strength of a massage or the volume of the music. Let us know how we can make your visit to NiniSpa as relaxing and revitalising as possible and we will endeavour to make it happen. 

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that any cancellation to your appointment be made up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to take place at Ninispa. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a full charge.

If we send you a payment link to secure your appointment time and date, please complete your payment within two hours after the appointment is booked, otherwise the appointment will be canceled.

Appointment Latness

If you are running late more than 15 minutes for your appointment, the therapist will adapt the treatment to the remaining time allocated, however you will still be charged the full price of the treatment or the Ninispa reserves the right to release your reservation to minimise impacting other customers’ treatment experience.

Health Concerns

Please notify our Spa staff if you have any special medical condition, allergies or if you are pregnant. We can not perform any spa treatment during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Spa Therapists

Our commitment is to deliver a personalised and relaxed spa experience. While we may be able to accomodate your request for a specific spa therapist, we are confident that any member of our team are trained and will provide you with excellence service to ensure your comfort throughout your spa treatment.In the event that your therapist is unwell or not able come into work we will endeavour to reschedule to another therapist on a same day.
